Acquisition of Aeromeccanica Stranich: Baglioni Invests in Industrial Ventilation

Our Group has finalized the acquisition of Aeromeccanica Stranich, a company founded in 1928 and specialized in the design and manufacture of industrial fans, dust collection systems, and systems for controlling gaseous and dust pollutants.

Today, Aeromeccanica Stranich employs 190 people and generates a turnover of approximately €60 million. With this acquisition, Baglioni further strengthens its presence in the industrial ventilation, compressed gas pressure vessel, and air treatment sectors, reaching a consolidated turnover of over €200 million.

This transaction is part of a growth trajectory built over time, based on deliberate industrial choices consistent with our vision for development, focused on technological quality and the enhancement of expertise.

What the Acquisition Represents for Baglioni and Aeromeccanica Stranich

For us, the acquisition of Aeromeccanica Stranich represents an industrial strengthening operation based on the integration of a historic entity, recognized for its technical expertise and a design culture that aligns with our development path. Baglioni has acquired all shares held by Alcedo SGR and a portion of the shares from the Ferroni Family, becoming the company’s majority shareholder.

At the same time, this operation opens a new phase of industrial growth for Aeromeccanica Stranich, founded on a more robust structure, structured organizational processes, and greater investment capacity, all within a framework of continuity. The company retains its managerial and technical identity, as well as the wealth of skills that have defined its market positioning.
