We are pleased to report that on Tuesday, October 25, Baglioni participated in Career Day 2022 at the Polytechnic University of Turin.
After two years, the Turin university reopened its doors to businesses and held an in-person Career Day: a career day where students and recent graduates could meet with companies.

What is Career Day 2022 at the Polytechnic University of Turin.
Turin Polytechnic’s Career Day 2022 was an opportunity for us to meet young students and recent graduates ready to enter the world of work.
In fact, through this event, students and recent graduates were able to interact directly with our company and find out what internship and job opportunities are available.
When asked, “What are the characteristics that define us as Baglioni?”
We responded that we are distinguished by:
- Intrapreneurship
- Proactivity
- Curiosities
- Pragmatism
These are the characteristics that cannot be lacking for a candidate to be placed in the company.
In general, Career Day 2022 at Polytechnic University of Turin allowed us to discover and get to know the person behind the resume or application.
Therefore, sometimes the informal meeting with the young people who came to our booth turned into an acquaintance interview, a mini-interview or even a full interview.
In these cases, we tried to understand why the student or recent graduate applied for our company and what their expectations were.

What did we bring to the students who came to our booth at Turin Polytechnic’s Career Day? We presented Baglioni for the company he is, in a way that is always, sincere and direct:

Our experience at Turin Polytechnic’s Career Day 2022
Participating as a company in Turin Polytechnic’s Career Day 2022 was, without a doubt, an inspiring experience.
In fact, throughout the day we were able to meet many students.
In general, Career Day was a time to interact with the future generation of engineers.
On this occasion, we tried to understand, as much as possible, the motivations behind young students coming to our booth to engage with us.
Finally, getting in touch with students and recent graduates also allowed us to get involved and understand whether Baglioni reflects the job expectations of young people today and whether the company is able to channel their energy.
