The Special Pressure Equipment (SPE) Division can design and build special pressure solutions, both in carbon steel and stainless steel , according to specific customer requirements.

• geometries: the shape of the vessel and positioning

In addition, the SPE Division also offers a pre-assembly service for internal and external components such as control valves and drainage systems .

In addition, a final leak test of the assembled components can be conducted if the customer requests it.
Finally, each product is unique because of the work done by a team of experienced and qualified welders who expertly perform the delicate tasks.

Combination of approvals customized according to customer needs

We equip all SPE products with international certifications required for the country where the product is installed.

Specifically, our compressed air receptacles are designed and manufactured in accordance with the applicable European Directives or according to major international calculation codes and standards.

We also equip custom SPE products with simultaneous certifications if necessary.

Application-specific surface finishing treatments

Each product undergoes meticulous machining and surface finishing according to the specifications required by the customer.

Our pieces, depending on requirements, can be finished with paint:

• Industrial anticorrosive painting in the required protection class up to C-5M treatments, used for particularly harsh environments

With qualified and quality suppliers, additional treatments can be used:

• chemical nickel plating
